DISTRIBUTORSHIP RELATIONSHIP
White, GA, April 23, 2009 – On February 25, 2009, Osprey International posted a press release that may have given the false impression that Osprey is now selling AimSHOT® products under the Osprey name.
In fact, Osprey and AimSHOT have severed their decade-long distributorship relationship. Though Osprey will continue to sell its remaining inventory of genuine AimSHOT products through May 18, 2009, the companies are no longer affiliated in any way, and neither Osprey nor its founder, Keith Oliver, is authorized to distribute AimSHOT products after May 18. In addition, products sold under the Osprey name are not rebranded versions of AimSHOT’s products, and are not affiliated in any way with AimSHOT or AimSHOT’s products.
Osprey’s founder, Keith Oliver, has 15 years of experience in the development, design, and manufacture of hunting equipment. Under Mr. Oliver’s direction, Osprey will now be offering hunting equipment, including laser equipment sourced from Osprey’s manufacturing relationships.
